Shipping Time & Charges

We offer standard shipping to selected countries and regions.

Receiving time = Handling time + Shipping time

Shipping time begins once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping details, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, and other selected countries and regions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most destinations we ship to, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are handled or prepaid where required. Customers are generally not expected to pay additional customs or clearance fees upon delivery.

However, customs policies may vary by country or region. If any issue occurs, please contact us at contact@liberfashion.com, and we will help you check with the logistics provider.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and email address are complete and accurate before placing your order.

For European countries, please make sure your address includes a complete and accurate house number, apartment/unit number if applicable, street name, postal code, city, and phone number. Incomplete address details may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@liberfashion.com. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
